Returns

AGS will take back any new unused item up to 14 days after purchase less the original shipping fee. New unused items returned after 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days. Return shipping fees to be paid by the purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged or defective (except case of DOA return) will be returned to the sender without a refund.

Open Box Returns

AGS will take back any new working item with the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Return shipping costs to be paid by the purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged or defective (except in the case of DOA return) will be returned to the sender without a refund. 

DJI products that were registered and/or activated by the purchaser cannot be returned.
